Steve HannonChief Operating Officer Steve has over 30 years experience in the mail industry and has worked in the operational field at the highest level. As Royal Mail's operations director he planned and introduced a number of major programmes that improved quality and reduced the cost base of the organisation. This was underpinned by Steve's ability to articulate the strategic requirements as well as to understand the detailed elements of how change can be made successfully. Steve has led several successful consultancy assignments since leaving Royal Mail covering a number of strategic issues such as customer retention, quality of service and operating in a deregulated postal market. |

Neil BrewerDirector of Strategic Operations, Quality of Service & Logistics Neil presents a proven track record of identification and resolution of distribution and logistical network problems, especially those relating to quality of service and transport issues. He has the ability to devise and implement business strategies at operating level whilst delivering financial and quality improvements. Neil possesses the ability to diagnose problems that the postal services face and converts this knowledge quickly into effective and deliverable change programmes. Richard AdamsStrategic Planning and Regulatory & Legal Framework Director Richard holds a broad track record of experience at senior level in the postal industry that includes main board level experience as Secretary to the British Post Office. He has the highest-level experience of Postal Reform as the Director responsible for commercialisation, regulation, efficiency review and privatisation development during British Post Office’s most profitable period (1992 to 1997). Richard’s excellent skills in Strategic Analysis and Development, and producing Strategic Plans, linked to his proven skills of negotiating and lobbying at top level within European Union have been key in the generation of a successful track record of international postal consultancy work over the last five years. |
